CEO Metin Taskin described the appointments as a critical juncture for the Paris-based company, which provides network management platforms to major service providers including AT&T, Deutsche Telekom, and Vodafone. Howe, who spent over two decades in Canadian telecommunications, brings extensive experience in large-scale fibre and 5G network rollouts from his tenure at Bell Canada and TELUS Mobility. His role will focus on providing strategic oversight as the company navigates the evolving demands of broadband operators.

Michael Rezek joins the executive team to manage revenue growth and ecosystem development after a long career at Cisco and Accedian. Taskin noted that Rezek’s expertise in building strategic partnerships will be central to deepening the value Airties delivers to its customer base. Rezek, who played a pivotal role at Accedian prior to its 2023 acquisition by Cisco, will report directly to the CEO. His mandate involves leveraging the company’s connected-home intelligence to create more personalized and secure experiences for subscribers across diverse market segments.
