The initiative is slated to launch in the fall of 2026. By consolidating connected medical devices, human coaching, and AI-derived insights through the company's DarioIQ interface, the platform aims to address the significant financial and clinical burden of comorbid conditions. Company leadership anticipates that the program will begin generating recurring revenue by the end of 2026, with a trajectory of sustained growth throughout 2027.
Erez Raphael, CEO of DarioHealth, noted that the win highlights a broader market recognition that treating chronic conditions as a unified health profile yields superior results compared to siloed point solutions. Currently, nearly one-quarter of the company’s client base consists of Fortune 500 entities. Dario’s proprietary platform leverages over 13 billion longitudinal data points to personalize member engagement, a strategy designed to mitigate the $500 billion in annual U.S. healthcare costs attributed to diabetes and hypertension.
