Bringing nearly two decades of industry experience, Said previously served as Global Vice President at SAP, where he led major product launches, including flagship ERP offerings. His resume also includes leadership roles at Oracle and as a C-suite executive within B2B software scale-ups. Most recently, he served as an advisor for the launch of the LumApps AI platform, which integrates human workflows with AI agents.
CEO Sébastien Ricard described the appointment as a strategic step toward cementing the company's position as a global leader in AI-powered employee experience. LumApps currently supports over 10 million users, maintaining deep integrations with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Said’s focus will remain on translating technical AI investments into tangible, everyday utility for business workforces across diverse industries.
