Georgia Tech to Host Multi-Brand Food Hall in John Lewis Student Center

Craveworthy Brands will launch a unified dining concept at the Georgia Institute of Technology in August 2026. The installation at the John Lewis Student Center will feature seven distinct restaurant brands, including Big Chicken and Taim Mediterranean Kitchen, managed through a centralized operating system designed for high-traffic campus environments.

The project aims to serve a population of over 56,000 students, faculty, and staff by consolidating multiple culinary options into a single, efficient footprint. Instead of managing individual vendor relationships, the university will utilize Craveworthy’s shared infrastructure, which integrates supply chains, technology, and training protocols.

Gregg Majewski, founder and CEO of Craveworthy, noted that the model addresses the logistical complexity of maintaining quality across diverse menus in a high-volume setting. The selection includes Fresh Brothers, Kinnamōns, and Krafted, with offerings ranging from pizza and smashburgers to Mediterranean street food. Ryan Greene, executive director of Dining and Retail at Georgia Tech, stated that the partnership is intended to provide greater flexibility and variety to meet the demands of the campus community. Beyond standard daily operations, the facility will also manage catering services for campus events, incorporating additional items like Dirty Dough cookies.
