The program provides selected participants with in-kind resources, including brand audits, website optimization, and expert guidance on paid social, email marketing, and CTV campaigns. Successful applicants will collaborate directly with Rain’s subject matter experts to refine their messaging, media strategy, and creative platforms. Alumni of the initiative include brands such as ISCO Spirits, Blue Henry, Maté Party, and The Laundry Basket LLC.

To qualify, businesses must be incorporated, maintain a direct-to-consumer model, and generate at least $100,000 in annual revenue. Founders must identify as female or lead a women-founded organization. Jane Crisan, CEO of Rain, noted that the program focuses on achieving transformational growth and helping founders turn ambition into scalable, long-term impact. Interested entrepreneurs can submit their materials via the official SheScales website.
