For many dental offices, the revenue cycle remains tethered to labor-intensive processes. Staff must frequently search for individual claims, reconcile deductibles, and manually enter payment data, even when the payouts match expectations. Archy Revenue aims to shift this burden by using AI to scan payment documents, match them to specific claims, and automatically post routine transactions.
The system funnels complex or denied claims into a dedicated exception queue, allowing teams to focus their expertise only on items requiring intervention. Beyond handling paper documents, the platform includes a managed enrollment service that secures electronic remittances, which can accelerate payment timelines by up to a week. By consolidating paper and electronic workflows into a single interface, Archy eliminates the need for teams to toggle between disparate portals or external accounting tools.
CEO Jonathan Rat, who developed the software after observing the impact of insurance paperwork on his wife’s dental practice, describes the feature as a way to reclaim time lost to weekend administrative tasks. This release expands Archy’s AI suite, following the launch of their clinical documentation tool, Archy Scribe. By embedding these capabilities directly into the core operating system, the company intends to reduce overhead while keeping practitioners in control of financial decision-making.
