Participants represent a diverse cross-section of the technology ecosystem, including industry giants such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, and Google DeepMind, alongside leaders from government and research sectors.

Whiting, who has led Decisions since 2025, joins the group with two decades of experience spanning private equity and enterprise software. His career includes a tenure at the U.S. Department of Defense and academic foundations at the U.S. Air Force Academy and Harvard University. As part of the program, he will develop an individual impact initiative to integrate the fellowship’s focus on accountability and judgment into his current work at Decisions. The program emphasizes that as AI becomes deeply embedded in global operations, technical expertise must be balanced with rigorous ethical decision-making.
