The new community sits less than five miles from Auburn University, positioning it within proximity to downtown, the I-85 corridor, and local hubs like Chewacla State Park. Links Crossing features traditional single-family layouts ranging from 1,866 to 2,630 square feet, with floor plans offering three to four bedrooms and two-car garages. Prices for the properties start in the $370s and reach into the $430s.
Tammy Zink, division president for the company, cited Auburn as a natural geographic fit for their expansion strategy. The homes cater to families zoned for the Auburn City school system, including the local high school and middle school. Prospective buyers can tour the model home at 673 Mill Creek Road on July 18 to view design packages and available upgrades.
