The Shanghai-based biotech firm is set to highlight its progress in targeted cancer therapies at the IFEMA MADRID Convention Center. On October 25, the company will present findings from the CLINCH study regarding ATG-022, a Claudin 18.2 antibody-drug conjugate currently under evaluation for advanced gastric and gastroesophageal junction cancers.

Earlier in the congress, on October 24, researchers will discuss updated results from the STAMINA-01 trial. This session focuses on the efficacy and safety of combining the oral CD73 inhibitor ATG-037 with pembrolizumab in patients battling melanoma resistant to checkpoint inhibitors. These clinical milestones underscore the company’s ongoing efforts to advance its pipeline of first-in-class therapeutics for solid tumors and hematological malignancies.
