The daily acquisition volume saw a steady increase throughout the week, starting at 750,000 shares on July 13 and peaking at over 2.6 million shares by July 17. As the volume rose, the weighted average share price trended downward from 111.47 SEK to 95.62 SEK over the five-day period.

These transactions form part of a broader buyback initiative launched on April 16, 2026, which is slated to continue until March 31, 2027. Ericsson’s Board of Directors currently plans to cancel the majority of these repurchased shares, excluding those reserved for existing employee incentive programs. Following this latest round of activity, the company’s treasury holdings have climbed to 79,198,312 Class B shares out of a total share count of approximately 3.37 billion.
