Badger Meter Faces Class Action Over Alleged Misleading Financials

Investors who purchased Badger Meter shares between April 18, 2024, and April 16, 2026, are being urged to join a class action lawsuit. The DJS Law Group alleges the company misrepresented its growth, masking a reliance on pulled-forward orders behind claims of solid operational execution and secular performance drivers.

The complaint filed against the Milwaukee-based manufacturer contends that Badger Meter violated the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. While the company publicly attributed its financial success to robust operational strategy and long-term growth trends, plaintiffs claim these assertions were materially misleading. The litigation suggests that the firm’s reported performance was artificially bolstered by accelerating customer orders, rather than organic growth as shareholders were led to believe.

Investors wishing to seek recovery or serve as lead plaintiff in the case have until August 3, 2026, to take action. Participation does not mandate a leadership role in the suit, and the DJS Law Group is currently evaluating claims from those who sustained losses during the specified class period.
