His leadership at Avadel culminated in a $2.4 billion acquisition by Alkermes. Julianne Bruno, Chair of the Mentari Board, highlighted Divis’s experience as a critical asset for the company as it moves into a foundational growth phase. Mentari is currently preparing regulatory filings for two key candidates: the anti-PACAP antibody MT-001, expected in 2026, and the bispecific MT-002, slated for early 2027.

For his part, Divis expressed confidence in the company’s pipeline, specifically noting the potential of targeting the PACAP pathway. He intends to position Mentari as a primary player in the migraine market, focusing on patients who see limited success with existing CGRP-based therapies. With over 30 years of industry experience, including roles at Sanofi-Aventis and Lumara Health, Divis is tasked with transitioning Mentari from a development-stage entity into a fully integrated organization.
