Donnelly, who joined the firm in 2010, will now oversee a broader portfolio encompassing finance, accounting, legal affairs, and enterprise intelligence. This alignment is intended to bolster the company’s internal systems and governance as it manages a portfolio exceeding $4 billion in assets and 90 properties.

Before his tenure at DLC, Donnelly held senior roles at Centro Properties Group and Kramont Realty Trust, building a resume defined by commercial real estate law and property-level financing. His background includes a Juris Doctor from Villanova University and over three decades of industry experience. In his new capacity, he remains a central figure on the Executive Committee, tasked with maintaining the company’s operational speed while scaling its retail footprint across the country.
