The company expects to issue approximately 4.38 million shares once the final reconciliation process concludes. Proceeds from the offering are earmarked for broad corporate initiatives, including inventory expansion, sales and marketing efforts, and the commercialization of its 5G infrastructure systems. Management also noted that the capital could potentially fund share repurchases, pending board approval. Moody Capital Solutions is acting as the dealer manager for the transaction.
Simultaneously, the firm is moving forward with a separate Series B rights offering priced at $6 per share. That window remains open until November 20, providing a continued path for capital acquisition as the company attempts to scale its operations.
