Price, who officially started in May 2026, brings thirty years of expertise in business development and payment solutions to the firm. During his 28-year tenure at Visa, he managed complex relationships with global acquirers and processors. He later served as Senior Vice President of Financial Institution Partnerships at Global Payments, where he oversaw treasury and issuing services for multinational clients.
Ray Yang, CEO and co-founder of WasabiCard, expects Price to bridge the gap between traditional financial institutions and the company's emerging stablecoin infrastructure. For his part, Price aims to leverage his network to help businesses integrate more efficient cross-border settlement tools. The move coincides with a broader push by WasabiCard to capture demand for blockchain-based payment systems across the fintech and SaaS sectors.
