The acquisition, executed on July 20, involved purchasing shares at an average price of 4.0778 euros per unit. This latest transaction adds to the significant holdings already managed by the Cyprus-based firm. When combined with the shares held by Nassef Sawiris personally, the group now controls 55.68% of OCI Global, cementing their position as the company’s dominant shareholder.

This disclosure complies with the Netherlands Decree on Public Takeover Bids, which requires transparent reporting of transactions conducted during the pendency of a voluntary offer. While NNS maintains the right to purchase additional shares outside of the formal offer structure where permitted by law, the company confirmed that all future transactions will be publicly disclosed to ensure shareholders remain informed of shifts in ownership.
