Hosted by the Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIASC), the event returns to the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa on September 2-3. Over 1,000 industry leaders are expected to attend the sessions, which range from professional education to a golf tournament and a live concert featuring Styx and Chicago at the Acrisure Arena.

BIASC Chief Executive Officer Jeff Montejano describes the event as a departure from standard industry gatherings, focusing instead on fostering relationships through immersive experiences. Beyond the standard business-to-business networking, the agenda includes a live iHeartRadio broadcast, a guided model home tour at the Disney-affiliated Cotino community, and over $10,000 in prizes, including a Hawaiian vacation and tickets to see Metallica at the Las Vegas Sphere.
