Investors Eye Class Action Against Alarum Technologies

Following a 51% share price collapse, New York-based Rosen Law Firm has launched an investigation into Alarum Technologies Ltd. The inquiry centers on allegations that the company provided misleading business information to shareholders regarding the FBI’s seizure of domains tied to its subsidiary, NetNut Ltd.

The volatility began on July 2, 2026, when Alarum disclosed that federal authorities had seized domains associated with its NetNut residential proxy network. Investors reacted sharply to the news, driving the company’s American Depositary Shares down by 51.49% on July 6. Rosen Law Firm is now preparing a potential class action lawsuit, alleging that the firm failed to accurately inform the public about the risks and legal status of its subsidiary’s operations.

Shareholders who purchased securities during the relevant period may be eligible to participate in the litigation under a contingency fee arrangement. The firm encourages affected investors to contact attorney Phillip Kim to discuss the potential for recovering losses. While Rosen Law highlights its history of high-profile settlements and rankings in securities litigation, it notes that prior results do not guarantee similar outcomes in this case.
