Citius Oncology Scales Commercial Operations for LYMPHIR Launch

Citius Oncology is accelerating the U.S. rollout of its targeted lymphoma therapy, LYMPHIR, by finalizing a nationwide expansion of its commercial and medical affairs teams. The company expects all newly onboarded field professionals and science liaisons to be fully operational by August 2026 to capture growing market demand.

The expansion adds 21 commercial field-based roles and eight medical science liaisons to the company's existing infrastructure. This growth, funded by a May 2026 financing round, is executed through a partnership with EVERSANA, which manages the drug’s commercial operations including patient assistance and data analytics. Leonard Mazur, Chairman and CEO of Citius Oncology, noted that the company has secured near 100% payer coverage and is seeing increased physician adoption across academic and community treatment settings.

To support this scale-up, the company has deployed a proprietary AI-driven platform designed to optimize resource allocation and identify new treatment opportunities. Management expects these operational enhancements, combined with a robust pipeline of accounts currently navigating formulary reviews, to drive meaningful growth for the therapy throughout the second half of 2026. LYMPHIR, approved by the FDA in December 2025, targets relapsed or refractory Stage I-III cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, a market segment the company estimates exceeds $400 million.
