By involving children in the planning process, organizers aimed to ensure the space reflects the needs and imaginations of those who will use it daily.

This installation commemorates the 30th anniversary of KABOOM! and highlights a long-standing partnership with Foresters Financial. For the corporate participants, including Greatway Financial, the project serves as a practical extension of their community outreach goals. Erin Petley-Kerr, associate principal at the academy, noted that the facility is expected to strengthen student growth and bolster community ties in the Mayland Heights area, providing a secure environment for students to develop confidence and social connections.
