Prezent Vivo 1.0 merges AI speed with expert medical communications

Palo Alto-based Prezent has launched Vivo 1.0, an AI-native platform designed to accelerate scientific communications for the life sciences sector. By blending conversational AI with human expert oversight, the system promises to slash production costs by half while delivering congress-ready assets and editorial services within 24 to 72 hours.

The platform addresses a persistent friction point in the pharmaceutical industry: the trade-off between the rapid pace of general-purpose AI and the rigorous compliance standards required for medical documentation. Prezent Vivo 1.0 integrates directly with enterprise data sources like PubMed and Veeva, allowing its AI agent, Astrid, to draft content that adheres to regulatory language and clinical evidence structures from the outset.

Key to the rollout are Fixed-Price Projects, which offer specialized workflows for competitive intelligence, advisory board reporting, and scientific poster generation. Rather than relying solely on automation, the service pairs AI-generated drafts with human presentation engineers and medical experts to validate scientific accuracy. This hybrid model aims to provide the efficiency of software with the reliability of a traditional agency, supporting global teams in over 13 languages. As demand for faster communication cycles grows, the platform seeks to standardize the transition from raw data discovery to patient-focused output.
