Intuit Faces Securities Class Action Over Alleged Revenue Misstatements

Investors who purchased Intuit Inc. stock between August 22, 2025, and May 20, 2026, are being urged to join a securities class action lawsuit. The litigation claims the company misled shareholders regarding the health of its business and the reliability of its TurboTax revenue forecasts.

The complaint filed against the software giant alleges that the company overstated its competitive advantages and the sustainability of its growth. Plaintiffs contend that Intuit failed to disclose significant business losses within its tax division, driven by intensifying market competition and pricing pressures. These omissions, according to the filing, rendered the company’s fiscal year 2026 revenue guidance for TurboTax unrealistic and materially false.

The Gross Law Firm is currently organizing the class and seeking individuals interested in serving as lead plaintiffs. Shareholders have until September 8, 2026, to file their application with the court. Participation in the lawsuit does not require an upfront cost, and the firm is offering portfolio monitoring services to those who register their information through its portal. The case seeks to recover losses for investors who allegedly purchased stock at artificially inflated prices due to the company's public statements.
