Capline Healthcare Claims AI-Driven Billing Cuts Costs by 40 Percent

Independent medical practices are struggling to balance rising operational costs with ballooning administrative burdens, prompting a shift toward outsourced revenue cycle management. Houston-based Capline Healthcare Management reports that its blend of AI-assisted workflows and specialized staff allows providers to slash administrative overhead by 40 percent while doubling reimbursement speeds.

The company manages the entire revenue cycle, from initial patient eligibility verification to final payment posting. By consolidating tasks—including pre-authorization, medical coding, and denial management—under one roof, practices avoid the fragmentation of juggling multiple vendors or overburdening internal staff. This approach aims to address the industry-wide trend of private practices being squeezed out of the market due to the high cost of overhead and claim rework.

Founder and CEO Abhinav Rastogi notes that a single unresolved claim represents earned but inaccessible capital. Capline utilizes automated claim scrubbing to catch coding errors before submission, a strategy that contributes to a 96 percent first-pass acceptance rate. With denials averaging a three-day turnaround, the firm positions itself as a necessary buffer against the high costs of manual billing corrections. Currently, the Houston-based firm supports over 1,300 independent practices across specialties ranging from cardiology to behavioral health, backed by a team of 450 specialists.
