According to Chad Schoep, President of AmeriTrust, the partnership provides the necessary resources to scale the specialized lending model his team has cultivated over the past three years.

This transaction follows a series of aggressive acquisitions, including Sierra Pacific Mortgage and Nations Reliable Lending in 2025. With this latest move, Union Home Mortgage projects an annual loan run rate of $20 billion. The company currently operates in 48 states and the District of Columbia, leveraging its status as the nation's seventh-largest wholesale lender to consolidate its market share in an evolving mortgage landscape.
