ONERugged Debuts Lunar Lake AI Tablets for Heavy Industry

ONERugged has unveiled four new Windows-based rugged tablets, the EM-I10L, EM-I20L, M10L, and M20L, designed to bring edge AI computing to harsh industrial environments. By integrating Intel’s Lunar Lake platform, these devices offer up to 115 TOPS of performance, enabling real-time machine vision and predictive maintenance without relying on cloud connectivity.

The new lineup leverages the Intel Core Ultra 5 and 7 processors to balance high-speed data processing with energy efficiency. With a combined architecture featuring an Arc GPU, an AI Boost NPU, and the CPU, the tablets reduce SoC power consumption by roughly 40% compared to previous generations. This computing power supports complex industrial tasks such as intelligent diagnostics and large-scale data processing directly at the point of operation.

To ensure continuous productivity, ONERugged implemented a dual-battery system with a hot-swappable bridge battery. This design allows users to replace the primary power source without interrupting running applications. The units, which come in 10.1-inch and 12.2-inch sizes, are built to withstand extreme conditions, holding IP65 and MIL-STD-810H certifications. They remain functional in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 60°C and are protected against drops and electrostatic discharge, making them suitable for sectors including manufacturing, logistics, and field services.
