Rémy Cointreau Shareholders Approve Dividend and Board Renewals

The approved dividend structure includes a base of 0.50 euros in cash, with an additional 0.25 euros payable in either cash or new shares. Investors opting for equity must notify their financial intermediaries between July 30 and September 14, 2026. The issue price for these new shares is set at 39.21 euros, with the stock trading ex-dividend starting July 28 and full payment scheduled for October 1. Any fractional shares resulting from the election will be settled through cash adjustments.

Governance updates focused on board continuity. Sonia Bonnet-Bernard was reappointed as an independent member, while Laure Heriard Dubreuil remains a representative for the reference shareholder. Both mandates are renewed for three-year terms. The board maintains a 50% gender parity rate and 58% independence, aligning with current AFEP-MEDEF standards.
