UFORCE Partners with RECONCRAFT to Bring Combat-Proven Drones to the U.S.

A memorandum of understanding signed at the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington signals a major shift in maritime defense. UFORCE, the firm behind the MAGURA autonomous surface vessels that crippled the Russian Black Sea fleet, will collaborate with RECONCRAFT to manufacture these combat-tested systems for the American military.

The partnership aims to integrate Ukrainian frontline innovation with American industrial capacity under the banner of the Arsenal of Freedom. Sean Plankey, the former Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Homeland Security, will lead UFORCE USA as the company enters the U.S. Drone Dominance competition. By combining RECONCRAFT’s expertise in building specialized combatant craft with UFORCE’s full-stack unmanned technology, the collaboration seeks to bypass the long lead times associated with developing new naval systems from scratch.

UFORCE’s MAGURA platforms have gained international attention for their role in maritime warfare, including the destruction of over a dozen warships and the rare feat of downing manned aircraft. Oleg Rogynskyy, CEO of UFORCE, noted that the initiative focuses on delivering battlefield-tested capabilities to U.S. forces, while Joe Silkowski, co-founder of RECONCRAFT, emphasized that leveraging existing, proven technology allows for faster deployment to warfighters. The effort represents a strategic consolidation of nine Ukrainian defense developers now operating under a unified London-based entity.
