Cipriani Residences Miami leads the inaugural ranking with a score of 94, followed by Bentley Residences Sunny Isles Beach at 91 and Aston Martin Residences at 89.

These rankings highlight a growing divide between properties that AI models surface and those that remain hidden from digital inquiry. According to 5W founder Ronn Torossian, securing a spot in the top three results is now the primary driver for sales gallery engagement. The index evaluates developments against twelve trust signals, including developer pedigree and press velocity, to determine their visibility within the so-called AI Concierge Economy. As buyers increasingly bypass traditional search engines for AI-driven recommendations, the ability to command these conversational outputs has become a critical asset for luxury developers.
