Michael Casey Returns to Powerfleet Board as Audit Chair

Powerfleet, Inc. has appointed veteran financial executive Michael Casey to its Board of Directors, effective July 15, 2026. Andrew Martin, Chairman of the Board, cited Casey’s deep accounting expertise and familiarity with the company’s operations as primary drivers for the appointment. Casey arrives with a long track record in the technology sector, including a current partnership at TechCXO, LLC, which he has held since 2006. His resume includes previous CFO roles at MAPICS, Inc., Manhattan Associates, Inc., and IQ Software Corporation, alongside early career experience as a CPA at Arthur Andersen & Co.

McConnell’s departure concludes a two-year tenure marked by significant transformation and high-level merger activity for the New Jersey-based AIoT provider. In a statement regarding his return, Casey expressed a readiness to integrate back into the leadership team, working alongside Chairman Andrew Martin and CEO Steve Towe to advance the company's current strategic objectives.
