SunTec India Targets eCommerce Precision with Human-Verified Price Tracking

New Delhi-based SunTec India has unveiled a proprietary price monitoring platform designed to bypass the limitations of automated scrapers by integrating human quality assurance. By pairing AI-driven data collection with analyst verification, the company promises over 99% accuracy for brands tracking competitor pricing and marketplace violations in real time.

The platform addresses a common industry frustration: generic SaaS tools often provide raw, messy data that leaves teams struggling with interpretation. SunTec India maintains end-to-end control, utilizing a custom AI crawler capable of navigating JavaScript-rendered pages and anti-bot systems that typically stymie standard scrapers. This architecture allows the system to monitor Amazon, eBay, and Walmart alongside custom retailer websites for promotional shifts, Buy Box signals, and Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) violations.

Ravi Kant, Vice President of the eCommerce Division, argues that self-service dashboards are insufficient for complex retail environments. According to Kant, the platform’s value lies in its 'human-in-the-loop' layer, where every pricing anomaly undergoes review by a QA analyst before reaching the client. This hybrid approach is intended to help businesses protect profit margins and respond to competitor maneuvers during high-traffic periods like Black Friday and Prime Day. The solution integrates directly with existing infrastructure, including platforms like Linnworks and ChannelAdvisor, to facilitate dynamic repricing.
