The company’s third-quarter results, ending June 26, 2026, show a 14% increase in reported sales compared to the previous year. Diluted earnings per share reached $2.55, representing a 19% year-over-year climb, while adjusted earnings per share hit a record $2.94. The Industrial Solutions segment served as a primary growth engine, with sales rising over 20% organically. CEO Terrence Curtin attributed the momentum to deep integration with customers and a significant uptick in AI-related energy infrastructure needs.
Orders for the quarter reached $5.7 billion, a 27% increase over the same period last year. This surge in volume and strong margin performance underpin the company's outlook for the fourth quarter, where it expects to maintain double-digit growth in both sales and earnings. The pending acquisition of Astrodyne TDI, expected to close by the end of the year, will add more than $250 million in annual sales to the Industrial segment, focusing on mission-critical power management and filtering solutions.
