Talos Bridges Institutional Capital into Kalshi Prediction Markets

Institutional investors can now access event contracts and crypto perpetuals through the Talos platform, bridging the gap between traditional trading workflows and regulated prediction markets. This integration allows hedge funds and market makers to leverage existing infrastructure to manage risk and execute complex strategies on Kalshi’s CFTC-regulated exchange.

The partnership enables institutional clients to utilize the same interface they currently use for digital assets, bypassing the need for separate technical integrations. Market makers and hedge funds gain immediate access to the Talos algorithmic suite—including Iceberg, Pegged, and TWAP—to minimize market impact when trading event contracts. Furthermore, the platform supports multi-leg execution, allowing firms to construct perp-to-perp and perp-to-spot spreads to target basis and funding-rate arbitrage opportunities.

Beyond direct order-book access, Talos is extending its RFQ platform to facilitate block trading for large-size positions, connecting users to an established network of OTC liquidity providers. Cantor Fitzgerald advised on the build-out, signaling a broader industry push to formalize prediction markets as a credible asset class. Looking ahead, Talos plans to harmonize market data feeds across various venues into a single API schema and launch dealer software that enables brokers to offer event contracts directly to retail end-users.
