Auxly Cannabis Group to Execute 14-for-1 Share Consolidation

Toronto-based Auxly Cannabis Group will consolidate its common shares on a 14-to-1 basis starting July 28, 2026. The move aims to align the company's capital structure with its recent financial performance, reducing the total outstanding share count from approximately 1.4 billion to roughly 101.3 million.

The consolidation, which received shareholder approval during the June 30 meeting, will not change the proportional ownership or voting power of existing investors, aside from minor adjustments regarding fractional shares. CEO Hugo Alves stated that the company is acting from a position of strength following a record-breaking 2025. He emphasized that this corporate action is not a precursor to new financing or dilution, noting that the firm remains focused on profitability and cash flow generation.

Following the effective date, the company's common shares will continue trading on the TSX under the ticker symbol XLY and on the OTCQB as CBWTF. Registered shareholders holding certificates will receive instructions from Computershare to exchange their holdings, while those with direct registration system statements will have their accounts updated automatically. Intermediaries, including banks and brokers, may implement their own specific processing procedures for non-registered holders.
