At Casper, she managed organizational scaling during the company's transition from a startup to a publicly traded entity, while her tenure at Framebridge involved overseeing human resources across manufacturing, retail, and corporate sectors.

CEO Dan Rootenberg indicated the appointment is a strategic investment in the company’s internal infrastructure, emphasizing that clinical outcomes are tied to employee experience. Bloom, who holds a Master’s degree in human rights from Columbia University, intends to integrate her background in social impact with the company’s existing values. Her mandate includes refining people systems to sustain the organization's culture of compassionate care as it continues to add new facilities to its network.
