By offering these services at no cost, the app attempts to dissolve the logistical and financial barriers that often prevent adolescents from seeking help. In the first four months of 2026 alone, over 15,700 individuals utilized these resources, signaling a widening demand for accessible, non-clinical support systems.
Beyond digital tools, the expansion includes the second season of the Never Alone Series, a podcast and video project designed to destigmatize help-seeking behavior through storytelling. Backed by partners like Logitech G and BetterHelp, the initiative focuses on the reality that many young people struggle in silence due to perceived costs or a lack of culturally competent care. As the organization prepares to launch the Never Alone Workplace Impact Awards, it aims to shift the burden of wellness from the individual to a broader ecosystem of corporate and community responsibility.
