The board formation coincides with a renewal of the company's Proxy Agreement, reinforcing its role within the national security landscape. CEO Dwayne Gulsby noted that the new directors bring specialized expertise in defense, intelligence, and corporate governance to help guide the firm’s growth. The team includes Amanda L. Brownfield, a veteran of Intrepid Global Solutions and a former U.S. Army Corps of Engineers officer; Paul A. Dillahay, an artificial intelligence executive at DigitalNet.ai with a background in federal defense markets; and Brett B. Lambert, a former Northrop Grumman vice president currently managing The Densmore Group. These appointments are designed to bolster the firm’s oversight as it integrates advanced security technologies and protective services. With a workforce of 3,500 professionals, the Herndon-based company continues to focus on the defense industrial base and nuclear energy sectors, where regulatory compliance remains a primary operational requirement.
