During his eight-year tenure as the Mayor of Oil City, he focused on administrative transparency and municipal problem-solving. He currently serves as the President of the Venango County Land Bank and the Venango County Council of Government, while holding board positions with the Venango County Association for the Blind and the local Salvation Army.
