The company has already launched eight new locations this year, with a target of 20 total openings by year-end. Recent expansions span Georgia, New Hampshire, Oklahoma City, Orlando, Philadelphia, and Toronto, underscoring a broader market trend toward the “do it for me” service model. This growth strategy relies on a membership-based revenue structure designed to foster long-term customer loyalty and repeat visits.
Nearly half of the brand's franchisees are currently invested in multiple locations, a metric CEO Vanessa Yakobson points to as evidence of the system's scalability and internal health. By focusing on a “no cuts, no color” service menu—including blow outs, braids, and professional makeup—the company has carved out a distinct niche within the competitive salon industry. As the chain eyes further expansion, it is actively recruiting new operators to meet rising demand in markets where consumers prioritize convenience and premium, time-saving beauty experiences.
