Regeneron Faces Class Action Over Alleged Clinical Trial Misstatements

A federal securities class action has been filed against Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, targeting misleading statements regarding the firm's Phase III Fianlimab-Libtayo study. Investors who purchased company securities between August 1, 2025, and May 15, 2026, are now being recruited to join the litigation over alleged material omissions.

The complaint alleges that Regeneron’s public disclosures during the specified period contained fundamental flaws regarding its clinical trial progress. Specifically, the suit claims the study’s statistical assumptions were unreliable, noting that the active treatment arm failed to show meaningful clinical differentiation from standard therapies. Furthermore, plaintiffs argue the study was unlikely to reach its primary endpoint, rendering corporate statements on trial prospects materially false.

Investors who incurred losses during the class period have until September 14, 2026, to petition the court for lead plaintiff status. The law firm Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC, which is spearheading the action, operates on a contingency fee basis. Interested parties can review the complaint or reach out to the firm’s representatives, Peretz Bronstein or Nathan Miller, for further details on the recovery process.
