The latest payout includes a significant portion categorized as a return of capital, accounting for approximately 59% of the current distribution. According to the fund’s disclosure, 41% of the $0.15340 per share payment is derived from net realized long-term capital gains, while net investment income contributes zero to this specific monthly cycle. For the fiscal year to date, the fund has distributed a total of $1.07380 per share to investors.

Management cautioned that these figures are estimates and should not be interpreted as a direct indicator of the fund’s overall investment performance. Because the fund has distributed amounts exceeding its net investment income and realized gains, a return of capital—essentially a repayment of a portion of the original investment—is necessary. Tax reporting for these payments will be finalized via Form 1099-DIV, provided to shareholders by financial intermediaries after the close of the calendar year. As of June 30, 2026, the fund reported an annualized current distribution rate of 10.08% relative to its net asset value.
