The Woking-based frozen food giant intends to finalize the refinancing by July 30, 2026, subject to customary market conditions. Alongside the bond issuance, the company is increasing its revolving credit facility by €105 million, bringing the total available liquidity under that facility to €280 million.
These financial maneuvers are designed to extend the firm's debt profile to 2032. While the company expects the transaction to close by the end of the month, officials noted that the completion remains contingent on final terms and standard closing requirements. The notes are being offered exclusively to qualified institutional buyers and professional investors in accordance with international securities regulations.
