The Houston-based title services firm recorded total revenues of $899.2 million for the quarter ending June 30, 2026, a sharp rise from $722.2 million the previous year. CEO Fred Eppinger attributed the results to sustained momentum across business lines, noting that the company continues to navigate housing sector headwinds by focusing on core service delivery and expanding its reach.

A major contributor to the growth was the Real Estate Solutions segment, which saw revenues jump 75% to $197.4 million, fueled by the integration of the recently acquired MCS business and higher demand for valuation and credit services. Meanwhile, the title segment reported $683.6 million in operating revenues, supported by a 20% increase in domestic commercial transaction volume, particularly in the energy and data center sectors. While consolidated employee and operating costs rose to support this expansion, the firm saw improved operational efficiency, with cash provided by operations reaching $60.5 million for the quarter.
