Pinnacle Acquisition Targets $200 Million in NYSE Debut

Pinnacle Acquisition has officially entered the public markets, filing for a $200 million initial public offering. The blank-check company is seeking to raise capital through the sale of 20 million units, signaling its intent to pursue a business combination by targeting enterprises with established growth platforms and seasoned leadership.

Pinnacle Acquisition Targets $200 Million in NYSE Debut

The firm plans to list its units on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol PNAQ.U. At the helm of the venture is Steven Hudson, who brings executive experience from his previous tenures as CEO of ECN Capital and Element Financial. He is joined by Jack Schneider, who will serve as the company's chief financial officer. Schneider previously managed operations and financial strategy at Pinnacle Advisory, a role he held beginning in February 2021.

Management has stated that the search for an acquisition partner will prioritize organizations with strong management teams and clear potential for long-term value creation. By positioning itself in the SPAC landscape, Pinnacle Acquisition aims to leverage its leadership’s track record to execute a strategic merger following the close of this offering.
