Since 2019, Nordic Capital has steered ArisGlobal through a significant transformation, transitioning the company from a legacy provider to a cloud-native platform. This evolution included the launch of NavaX, a generative AI tool designed to automate safety case processing. By focusing on pharmacovigilance and regulatory compliance, the firm has secured a client base of over 200 life sciences companies, including half of the world's top 50 biopharma organizations.
For Dassault Systèmes, the acquisition bridges a gap in its existing life sciences portfolio. By integrating ArisGlobal’s specialized safety and regulatory tools with its own research, clinical development, and manufacturing software, the French industrial giant aims to offer an end-to-end value chain for pharmaceutical clients. ArisGlobal, which is projected to generate approximately USD 175 million in revenue in 2026, will now leverage Dassault Systèmes' global infrastructure to scale its operations further.
Daniel Berglund, Partner at Nordic Capital Advisors, noted that the partnership successfully modernized the company's technology stack and commercial reach. ArisGlobal CEO Aman Wasan emphasized that the move comes at a critical juncture, as increasing global regulatory complexity and rising data volumes demand more sophisticated, automated software solutions.
