Halfpricesoft Updates QuickBooks Integration for Nonprofit Accounting

Nonprofit organizations can now reduce administrative overhead by using the ezCheckPrinting and Virtual Printer software suite to manage disbursements directly from QuickBooks. By shifting to blank check stock, the Redmond-based developer aims to help treasurers cut costs while simplifying the management of multiple grant accounts.

The updated integration allows users to bypass the high expense of pre-printed checks by printing directly from the QuickBooks interface. Dr. Ge, founder of Halfpricesoft.com, noted that the system enables organizations to consolidate multi-account grant management onto a single stack of secure paper. This transition eliminates the need to physically swap check stock when processing payments for different programs or chapters.

Beyond cost efficiency, the software addresses specific compliance requirements for the nonprofit sector. Treasurers can embed dual-signature lines, custom logos, and fund tracking codes into their checks without secondary manual processing. The software is currently available for a flat rate of $149.00 for a single installation, with additional network-compatible versions offered at a discount. Interested organizations can test the workflow through a free trial before committing to the full implementation.
