The company’s "All-in-AI" strategy focuses on embedding reusable AI capabilities into six core business functions. By centralizing orchestration, Yiren Digital has achieved measurable reductions in human intervention, particularly within asset-recovery workflows. Data shows the human handling rate in these operations dropped from 45% to 24.9%, while service tickets managed per staff member rose by approximately 47%. These improvements are supported by the MagiCube 2.0 architecture, which now provides over 10 foundational capabilities for enterprise-wide deployment.
Execution at scale is already visible in daily operations. The Fengchao voice agent handles 1,500 hours of real-time speech-to-text processing daily, while the LingShu marketing platform generates personalized content in under a second. According to Chairman and CEO Ning Tang, these gains represent a structural shift in business performance rather than a temporary project. Moving forward, the company plans to extend these agent-driven workflows into insurance and credit operations, while exploring new opportunities in AI-powered entertainment and language learning.
