The alliance links Master Roofing Solutions (MRS), a TWG Global portfolio company, with Lifestyle Solar and its financing arm, Lifestyle Energy. Under the leadership of CEO Vince Nardo and CFO Anthony Nardo, MRS intends to leverage this integration to manage the complexities of modern residential construction, where solar integration is no longer optional.

Lifestyle Solar brings a track record of over 22,000 residential installations and 70 MW of capacity to the partnership. By embedding solar engineering and financing directly into the roofing bid, the companies offer a unified service model designed to increase speed and consistency on job sites. The collaboration extends beyond California, supporting MRS’s operations in Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Colorado. For homebuilders, the primary shift involves moving from fragmented contractor relationships to a single point of contact for energy and roofing scopes.
