The collaboration leverages M Technologies' international expertise in complex defence programs—ranging from Patriot missile systems to FDI HN frigates—alongside HOUTRIS’ established industrial footprint. By pooling these resources, the companies intend to facilitate technology transfers and specialized skill development within the Cypriot workforce, fostering a sustainable domestic defence industrial base.

Operating under the European SAFE programme, the joint entity will prioritize the production of military vehicles as its initial project. Beyond immediate manufacturing goals, the partnership serves as a long-term strategy to integrate and support advanced defence systems across the region. Both parties are positioning this venture to create a tangible industrial impact, aiming to provide localized maintenance and supply chain support that adds long-term value to the Cypriot economy.
