NeuroStim TMS Hits 300,000 Milestone with Accelerated Therapy

Ten thousand patients have now completed their mental health treatment in a single day, as Seattle-based NeuroStim TMS marks 300,000 total sessions across its 17 clinics. The provider’s rapid growth signals a shift in demand toward compressed, evidence-based protocols over traditional six-week antidepressant schedules.

Since its founding in 2018, the company has scaled its operations across Washington, Arizona, and Minnesota, positioning itself as a major independent player in neuromodulation. The expansion centers on the commercial rollout of One-Day TMS, a protocol derived from the ONE-D clinical study. Data from that research indicated response rates surpassing 90 percent, with clinical benefits remaining stable for up to six months after the condensed treatment cycle.

Chief Medical Officer Dr. Tasha Morris noted that the primary hurdle for many patients is the significant time commitment typically required for standard TMS therapy. By compressing the course into a single day, NeuroStim aims to remove logistical barriers for those unable to adhere to multi-week appointments. CEO Walt Guidice attributed the volume of 300,000 sessions to both rising public acceptance of non-invasive brain stimulation and the company’s internal focus on clinical innovation. As the firm continues to grow its footprint, it maintains a staff composed of specialists from institutions including Harvard and the Mayo Clinic, focusing exclusively on treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, and OCD.
