Members of Local 618 rejected their specific local addendum, opting to return to the bargaining table this August to negotiate location-specific work rules and compensation. Despite this localized hurdle, the broader contract provides a framework for consistent pay growth and improved benefits for the vast majority of the 250 workers involved.
